The role:
Our Belgian Sales team is searching for an experienced Account Manager with a proven track record within European Institutions who will start providing ongoing sales support to existing customers, managing the customer relationship and customer satisfaction. This role implements and executes the account strategy. You will develop & identify new sales leads.

In your new role you will take the following responsibilities:

- Be the primary point of contact and maintain a productive relationship with existing accounts and identify growth potential
- Take ownership on the customer experience
- Understand customer needs and offer the right solutions to them
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions
- Drive proactive new Sales, Renewals, and overall Opportunity Management
- Develop, maintain, and execute a highly efficient Account Management by focusing on SoftwareONE portfolio
- Service Solutions
- Software Liceses
- Manage day-to-day customer and partner requests
- Track and forecast of defined account metrics / KPIs and financials
