Pour l'aider à atteindre ses objectifs, Alpha Networks recherche un Software Project Manager pour notre client Orange.

**Software Project Manager**:
Nous sommes à la recherche d’une personne organisée et orientée sur le détail pour rejoindre notre équipe comme Software Project Manager. Les responsabilités d’un Software Project Manager comprennent la supervision des projets de développement du début à la fin, la gestion et la motivation des développeurs ainsi que des autres membres de l’équipe ainsi que les présentations au client et la rédaction de propositions.

Pour réussir comme Software Project Manager, il vous faudra avoir une bonne connaissance technique dans le domaine du développement et une capacité à motiver les autres membres de l’équipe. Enfin, un parfait Softawre Project Manager doit faire preuve d’une bonne communication et être capable de prendre des décisions.

**Responsabilités-clés**:
**Project Management Tasks**
- Discuter des projets potentiels et de leurs paramètres avec le client, membres du comité de direction et développeurs.
- Préparer des plannings pour les développements et définir le scope, allouer des ressources, définir des deadlines et définir des stratégies de communication.
- Rassembler et gérer l’équipe projet.
- Participer et superviser chaque étape du projet.
- S’assurer que chaque étape du projet reste en phase avec le planning et adhère aux deadlines
- Suivre des jalons, livraisons et demandes de changement du client
- Communiquer les informations concernant les changements, les jalons atteints, et toutes autres informations pertinentes.
- Délivrer un projet de développement complet au client et exécuter des vérifications régulières sur les performances du produit.

**Service Delivery Management Tasks**
- Recevoir et évaluer les plaintes et demandes du client.
- Etablir et maintenir un lien fort avec les acteurs internes et externes.
- Informer et encadrer les membres de l’équipe
- Gérer les planning.
- Comprendre les besoins du client et rendre le meilleur service possible.
- Gérer le Change Management, Risk Management, Capacity Management et Service Management.
- Gérer les planning opérationnels et assurer leur suivi.

**Votre profil**
- Vous êtes bachelier en technologie de l’informatique, en développement informatique, ou dans toutes autres matières équivalentes.
- Vous avez une expérience probante en tant que Project Manager dans le développement informatique.
- Vous avez d’excellentes connaissances techniques.
- Vous avez un bon leadership, vous savez prendre des décisions et vous êtes organisé.
- Vous êtes attentif aux détails et avez des compétences multi-tâches.
- Vous parlez, écrivez, comprenez l’anglais International et vous parlez français.
- Vous connaissez la méthodologie Agile et savez la mettre en pratique.
