**Your function**:
As Master Data Officer you will be responsible for:
- creating new customers in the SAP system, for both Belgium and the Netherlands, in compliance with our internal guidelines;
- ensuring the maintenance of the BeNe Customer Master data, by guaranteeing updated and complete data and managing internal controls;
- supporting the Credit Control team with administrative tasks (sending out dunning letters, entering claims and complaints in Credit Management software,);
- the maintenance of payment condition (payment terms, credit limits and customer profiles).

Your profile: *
- Education: Bachelor Accounting degree or similar by experience;
- Experience in credit Management is a plus.
**The skills & knowledge we are looking for**:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (mainly Excel) and ERP Systems - SAP: desirable but not required;
- Fluent in Dutch and French with some notions of English;
- Able to work under pressure and with deadlines;
- Accurate, efficient and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks;
- High level of concentration and able to provide attentive and meticulous work.
