Als Financial Assistant ben je verantwoordelijk voor een goede administratieve en financiële ondersteuning van de hele business unit.
Je zal tewerkgesteld zijn vanuit ons kantoor in Kruibeke.
**Maar wat ga je dan concreet moeten doen?**
Een greep uit je takenpakket:
- Contract Managers ondersteunen in de voorbereiding van maandelijkse project reviews.
- De Business Unit Manager ondersteunen in de voorbereiding van maandelijkse business reviews.
- Administratief en financieel opvolgen van contracten in SAP en FMIS.
- Facturatie contractportfolio.
- Opvolging facturatie en cashflow. Contact met de klant hierover indien nodig.
**Jij bent de ideale Financial Assistant als je**:
- Een bachelor diploma hebt behaalt in een administratieve richting. Bij voorkeur heb je dit reeds in de praktijk kunnen omzetten binnen +- 5j ervaring met gelijkaardige taken.
- Vlot kan werken met PC en Office. Excel, Teams, Outlook, ze zijn je niet vreemd
- Je vlot kan uitdrukken in Nederlands en Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Bekend staat voor je nauwkeurigheid en teamspirit. Iemand met oog voor detail en die teamgericht is, dat is wat we zoeken.
- Werk ziet liggen. Jij staat bekend als iemand die initiatief neemt en proactief te werk gaat.
- Ervaring hebt met SAP, dat is zeker een troef
