The
**Technician (USP/DSP) **will be located in Evry/France.
**_
Key accountability/responsibility_**
- Purification of proteins/enzymes using chromatography systems
- Purification of proteins using chromatography systems
- Expression of proteins in bacterial/mammalian systems
- Organize laboratory operations (check stock, maintenance of equipment)
- Perform stability/activity assays for enzymes
**_
Skills and experience_**
- Relevant academic qualification bachelor or master’s in science with 1+ year experience
- Experience in protein production in multiple systems (bacteria, yeast, mammalian cells, insect cells)
- Experience in fermentation in bioreactors
- Experience in protein purification (affinity, ion exchange, hydrophobic, multimodal)
- Experience using automated purification systems (Akta)
- Experience in protein biochemistry.
- Experience in TFF and UF/DF
- Goodwill to help with lab management tasks, like stock refurbishing and equipment daily maintenance
- Fluent in French and in English
