To reenforce our **Finance Department,** we are currently looking for a **Financial Controller**, who will be co-responsible to monitor the financial health of KBC Securities. The finance team is a small and dynamic team where everyone takes on a wide range of tasks.
**What do we expect from you?**:
- You prepare the month, quarter and year-end closings and you draft financial reports.
- You book invoices and financial operations and you prepare payments.
- You will be first stage co-responsible for debtor management.
- Next to your day-to-day activities, you will collaborate on some interesting ad hoc projects.
- As your expertise increases, you will get the opportunity to grow and step into more complex reports and projects. The more eager you are to learn, the faster you will grow.
- You will work closely together with your finance colleagues and will report to the Head of Finance.
**Your key strengths?**:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree, or equal by experience. Good knowledge of Excel is a must.
- Accountancy is part of your DNA. You are passioned about financial analysis and controlling.
- By supporting and challenging your colleagues, you stimulate your personal growth as well as the team dynamics. You are able to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative matter.
