ARHS Digital is looking for a Senior Infrastructure Manager to lead several teams of one of its clients, a key player in the Belgian health care domain.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Responsible for infrastructure services in your domain.
- Leading, supporting and motivating autonomous teams and providing constructive feedback on a regular basis.
- Anticipating developments in your field and translating the business and ICT strategy into the operational management of your unit.
- Working on the continuous improvement of services for your customers.
- Participating in and taking responsibility for the overall policy of the ICT department.
- Translating the various SLAs into technical elements and translating them into our catalogue.
- Managing the budget of your unit and providing the necessary explanations as part of the financing of the service.
- Conducting contract negotiations and concluding the necessary agreements with suppliers.

**Qualifications** Your Profile**
- University degree or equivalent by experience, supplemented by at least 5 years of experience in an ICT management function in a large company or organization.
- Knowledge of how databases work on prem, GoldenGate, OSW, API gateway, knowledge of databases in the cloud would be considered an asset.
- Good knowledge and experience of ICT processes (ITIL) and infrastructure management.
- Agile Scrum experience in the field of infrastructure would be considered an asset and an Agile mindset is a must.
- Experience in the field of DEVOPS would be considered an asset.
- Experience in the preparation of public contracts would be considered an advantage.
- Able to understand the design developed by solution architects.
- Experience in managing infrastructure projects.
- Ability to develop strong leadership. Your communication and management style stimulates collaboration and makes you an enthusiastic coach and people manager.
- Natural ambition to help your colleagues develop and continuously optimize the processes for which you are responsible.
- Fluency in **Dutch, French and English** is essential for the many internal and external contacts.
