**What you will do**

The program manager will manage and lead ServiceMax implementation projects globally, using a disciplined project management methodology to define scope, develop project plan, and execute projects that adhere to guidelines and deliver within cost and schedule and working alongside the transformation leaders, functional business leaders and IT teams as an individual contributor.

Responsible for managing the overall planning, execution and delivery of projects including:

- Defining the project charter, roles, tasks, milestones, budgets and measures of success
- Developing project estimates and plans to manage the end-to end project execution
- Ensuring requirements are captured accurately and completely
- Manage scope creep and CRs
- Creating and maintaining project documentation
- Facilitating day-to-day coordination while adhering to standards and expectations
- Acting as the link between the assigned IT team, project resources and key stakeholders
- Ensuring project closure including completion of lessons learned and required documentation
- Strong cross-business unit/IT communication.

This role will lead program teams throughout the product development process ensuring each function manages their deliverables in order to meet the program schedule, scope and budget. The Program Manager will also represent the Refrigeration NBU at regular accountability and cadence meetings and will be responsible for clearly and concisely presenting the status of all open projects to groups of leadership & stakeholders

**How you will do it
Work with transformation and functional group leadership to identify program scope, budget, schedule, resources, and business case
- Collaborate with IT PM to Lead program kick-off to assemble team, provide program overview including scope, budget and schedule and communicate team member expectations
- Lead team meetings with all functional areas to track progress, identify issues and develop action plans
- Managing team members assigned deliverables.
- Manage issues, risks and opportunities, escalating to management for issues that cannot be resolved
- Manage the program schedule documenting detailed tasks for each functional area, responsibility for the task, begin and end dates, and percent complete
- Document critical path and track weekly to ensure schedule is maintained, and document actions to recover programs that are behind track
- Manage the program scope, ensuring that any scope changes are documented, communicated and approved prior to including in schedule
- Prepare for and report on program status at the Monthly Program Reviews communicating progress on any prior month identified issues
- Ensure open communication with the Strategy Management Office, project team members, key stakeholders and sponsors
- Providing information when requested, escalating issues that are not being resolved and identifying any process continuous improvement opportunities
- Using problem-solving/critical thinking skills, and independent thinking to overcome challenges.
- Work with cross-functional teams

**What we look for**

**Required**
- Bachelor's degree required
- Project Management Accreditation (APMP, PMI, Prince 2 or equivalent preferred.
- 5-8 Years of Project Management experience in a large multi-unit organization, Systems implementation experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytic, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively.
- Ability to work in a global environment; Cultural adaptability.
- Virtual and remote team management ability. Independent and innovative spirit. Flexible and responsive to input.
- Experience with a wide variety of structured problem solving processes and reporting tools, including Microsoft PowerPoint
- Ability to travel 10-20%, especially during onboarding process
- Ability to communicate effectively

**Preferred**
- ServiceMax experience preferred
- Customer service and delivery experience
- Field Service Experience preferred
