**Christian DIOR**, een toonaangevend merk in de wereld van **luxe parfum en skincare**, zoekt een deskundige **Retail Artist**.

WERELDWIJDE MISSIE

Het animeren en verbeteren van de Dior-verkoop in de best presterende multibrandwinkels (Ici Paris XL, April, Paris8 & Sephora) in onze Belgische en Luxemburgse distributie. Met een grote focus op de regio Brussel en Antwerpen.

**Functieomschrijving**:
1. _BEDRIJFSOPVOLGING_

Samen met de Retail actieplannen ontwikkelen om de winkelprestaties te verhogen
Follow-up van productassortiment en gebruik van testers/sampling
Follow-up van aanwezigheid en activeringen van concurrenten

2. _WINKELS BETREKKEN_

Winkelteams in jouw regio motiveren
Geef de juiste training
Nieuwe producten presenteren
Zorgen voor perfecte merchandising in lijn met de merkrichtlijnen

3. _DE BESTE UITVERKOOPERVARING IN JOUW KLASSE BIEDEN_

Zorg voor de beste verkoopceremonie in de winkels.
Ontwikkel loyaliteit door een sterke merkrelatie met topklanten.

Maak 1-op-1 afspraken
Ontwikkel cross selling & verhoog productiviteit
Bied deskundige diensten aan
Optreden als "gezicht" van het merk en een sterke merkambassadeur zijn

**Vereisten**:

- **Aantoonbare ervaring** in de verkoop, bij voorkeur in de** luxe sector.**:

- **Passie** voor Retail en voor missies in het veld
- Zeer sterke interpersoonlijke en **communicatieve vaardigheden**:

- Creatief en ondernemend

**Hoge klantenservice **vaardigheden

**Kennis**:
Talen: Vlaams, Frans en Engels spreken
Schoonheidsexpert met gevorderde Make-Up vaardigheden

Ervaring:
Ruime commerciële en/of retail ervaring
Gevestigde relaties binnen de schoonheids
- en cosmeticamarkt is een pluspunt
