To reinforce our team in Brussels we are looking for an attorney who is passionate about **Corporate law and Financial regulation**.

**Job description**:
As a Corporate and Finance attorney, you will:
- offer expert guidance on all corporate law issues that an organisation may encounter during its lifetime, both contentious and non-contentious;
- provide our clients with comprehensive regulatory advice in the field of prudential control and regulated financial activity as well as assistance in litigation and in contacts with supervising authorities to a broad range of Belgian and foreign financial and insurance institutions and other clients;
- develop knowledge and expertise in sustainable finance regulation and corporate sustainability in function of the demand of our clients.
Since Eubelius is a full-service firm, you can draw on the expertise of specialists in our other practice areas, including tax, employment and pensions, competition, real estate, environment, intellectual property, insurance and commercial law.
**Profile**:
You have a Belgian law degree with strong academic results.
You have gained at least 3 years of experience in a law firm in Belgium and you are eager to take your knowledge and experience to the next level.
You are a dynamic, hands-on attorney with the ambition to further develop the Corporate and Finance practice at Eubelius.
You have excellent knowledge of French, Dutch and English.
You are a good communicator and a real team player.
