Load Planning process owner for set of ground lanes in European network (Domestic, plant to dealer branch or Import, port to dealer branch) implying:
oOwn process documentation
oMonitoring of load quality as created by system
oManual load planning of loads on lanes where the automation is not in place
- Load Execution process owner for set of ground lanes in European network:
oMonitoring and control of load pick up and delivery by ground carriers based on milestone entry in systems
oMonitoring of accuracy of ETA dates and reported incidents by ground carrier in systems
- Customer service agent towards European dealerships in CRM tool (Salesforce) by pro-actively communicating on delivery disruptions are reverting on inquiries from key contacts
- Carrier performance management support

oSupport Caterpillar team in managing operational performance for key carriers. Measure and evaluate performance on On time pick, on time delivery, ETA accuracy, ETA compliance and other KPIs.
- Be lean agent in defining and supporting on Root cause and corrective action processes in case of failures
- Initiate and follow up on spot quote requests & Permit pre-alerts
- Communication/coordination with multiple internal and external process partners (Shipping floors, Ground carriers, freight forwarder & Caterpillar team)
- Support Continuous process improvement projects on the Transportation Management System and related processes. Help on avenues to improve process output.

Uw profiel
- Analytical mindset
- Bachelor degree in transportation or logistics and previous experience in a similar position
- Proactive, customer minded attitude. “Can do” mentality and look for opportunities rather than focusing on problems
- Good knowledge of Dutch and English (French is a plus)
