**Senior Change Manager**

**Start Date**: ASAP

**Contract Length**: 12 Months + Extension

**Location**: Liege, Belgium

**Hybrid**: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

**Pay Rate**: €60 Per hour.

**Overview**:
Trust in Soda is collaborating with a renowned client in search of a Senior Change Manager. This pivotal role within the Change Management team of our client's Transformation Division demands a professional who can seamlessly blend on-site and remote work in Liege. You'll be at the forefront of leading and implementing transformation initiatives, playing a crucial role in the success of our client's change strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Craft and implement detailed change management strategies and plans aimed at maximising team engagement and minimising resistance.
- Tailor a structured approach for each project, including stakeholder identification, impact analysis, and resistance management.
- Design comprehensive change plans encompassing communication, training, and engagement strategies.
- Proactively manage and oversee change initiatives, monitoring activities and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Continually evaluate and adapt strategies throughout the project, ensuring deliverable are effective and production ready.
- Manage continuity activities, assessing adoption levels, responding to feedback, and implementing necessary improvements.

**Essential Skill Set**:

- ** Fluent French speaker.**:

- ** At least 5 years of relevant experience in change management.**:

- ** Prior experience in the energy sector.**:

- Exceptional communication skills in French and English, suitable for various audiences.
