**Marketing & Communication Specialist | Zeebrugge of Gent**

Onze klant is een Internationale service partner gespecialiseerd in de verhuur en vloot onderhoud van trailers. Wij bieden transportbedrijven een totaalpakket aan om in te spelen op hun actuele behoeften. De groep heeft ondertussen meer dan 100 werknemersverspreid over de Benelux, Polen, Rusland, Turkije en Portugal die 24/7 klaar staan om onze klanten te bedienen.

- & Communication Specialist

**Functieomschrijving**
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de Marketing
- & Communicatiestrategie voor onze internationale groep.
- Je bepaalt de specifieke marketingacties om het bedrijf beter in de markt te positioneren op gebied van branding & uitstraling.
- Je voert marktonderzoeken uit naar nieuwe trends op de trailermarkt (bijv. eco trailers, smart trailers ed.) en volgt hierbij ook de concurrentie op.
- Je volgt de nieuwste trends in de transportwereld nauwgezet op, en stemt de marketingstrategie hierop af.
- Maandelijks stel je de nieuwsbrief op, zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het versturen van de nieuwsbrief naar alle stakeholders.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de opmaak van klantentevredenheidsonderzoeken, zodat we als bedrijf vinger aan de pols houden.
- Je zet specifieke sales acties op gericht naar target markten, in overleg met het management.
- Je bent een specialist in sociale media, en promoot de groep actief op sociale media met filmpjes, foto’s en nieuws items.
- Je actualiseert en moderniseert de huidige website.
- Je promoot de vacatures van de groep in de markt via sociale media en Google Ads, in overleg met HR.
- Je onderhoudt nauwe contacten met de vakpers en zorgt ervoor dat onze organisatie regelmatig in de picture komt.
- Je denkt out-of-the-box en stelt nieuwigheden op vlak van marketing & communicatie voor waarbij de groep zich kan onderscheiden van de concurrenten op de markt.
- Je implementeert een interne communicatietool waarbij medewerkers intern geïnformeerd worden over het reilen en zeilen van het bedrijf, en waarop onder meer nieuwe collega’s aangekondigd worden en interne mededelingen verschijnen.
- Je organiseert bedrijfsevents met ondersteuning van collega’s & vertegenwoordigt het bedrijf op externe events en beurzen.
- Je vertegenwoordigt onze internationale groep bij de diverse stakeholders.

**Profiel**
- Je hebt bij voorkeur een bachelor diploma in Marketing/Communicatie of beschikt en/of relevante werkervaring.
- Je hebt een zeer goede up-to-date kennis van sociale media, en kent de tips & tricks om de groep in de markt te positioneren.
- Je IT-kennis is excellent, je hebt ervaring met graphics en beheerst de tools om allerhande mediacampagnes op te zetten.
- Je bent hands-on en flexibel ingesteld: je bent bereid je te verplaatsen naar de verschillende vestigingen van de groep

(België, Nederland en later ook Polen/Rusland).
- Je volgt de recente trends in marketing & communicatie nauwgezet op.
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
