- Design and execute experiments to address scientific questions and advance research objectives.
- Utilize a variety of laboratory techniques and state-of-the-art instrumentation for data generation.
- Analyze experimental data, draw meaningful conclusions, and contribute to the interpretation of results.
- Stay abreast of scientific literature and integrate relevant findings into ongoing projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate scientific knowledge into product development and innovation.
- Actively participate in team meetings, discussions, and project planning sessions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory notebooks and documentation.
- Prepare and deliver clear and concise reports on experimental findings for internal and external audiences.
- Contribute to the development of new methodologies, technologies, and approaches to enhance research capabilities.
- Address scientific challenges and propose creative solutions to advance project goals.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols in all laboratory activities.
- Contribute to the preparation of documentation, including SOPs and research protocols.

- Bachelor in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, or related field).
- Expertise in relevant laboratory techniques and methodologies.
- Proven track record of independent research and contributions to scientific publications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Fluent in English, any other language is an asset.
