**Context**:
- De Algemene Directie van de Dienst Vreemdelingenzaken is bezig met het digitaliseren van de gehele werking om te komen tot een dienstverlening die digitaal by default kan gebeuren.
- Dit gebeurt onder de noemer van het eMigration-programma, dat uit verschillende projecten bestaat die elk een aspect van deze digitalisering moeten gaan realiseren.
- De Dienst Vreemdelingenzaken zoekt in het kader van één van deze deelprojecten een team dat de uitbouw van analyse over ontwikkeling tot testing op zich kan nemen. Meer specifiek zal dit team verantwoordelijk zijn voor de uitbouw van een nieuwe detentiemodule voor de verwijderingsdiensten van de Dienst Vreemdelingenzaken.
- De module moet de opvolging van het verblijf van de vreemdeling in de detentiecentra van de Dienst Vreemdelingenzaken verzekeren. Dit omvat bijvoorbeeld de registratie van bewoners, toewijzing van de kamers, registratie van gedrag van de bewoners, psychologische opvolging, opvolging van bezoek, klachtenregistraties, opvolging van de bezetting van de centra, beheer van de agenda van de centra, rollenbeheer, logging en audit van de module en de datamigratie van de bestaande data, informatie over transport van de bewoners en de aflevering van statistieken over al deze processen.
**Specifiek Profiel**:
- De Project manager dient ervaren te zijn in het beheren van complexe IT-projecten van grote schaal.
- Een mínimale ervaring van 5 jaar op het vlak van IT-project management.
- Ervaring in het aansturen van groepen consultants.
- Ervaring in het beheren van de dynamiek van een groep consultants.
- Ervaring als scrum master.
- Ervaring met Agile werken.
