Als Technical-writer met degelijke kennis van materialen en methoden gebruikt in de distributiewereld. Zal jij moeten instaan om taakrisicoanalyses op te maken voor elke instructie die wordt gemaakt.

De taken omvatten:
Analyse van bestaande werkinstructies.

Visie en strategie op deze technische documenten met betrekking tot:

- Optimale opbouw van het document,
- Structuur en samenhang tussen de verschillende instructies,
- Maximale inzet op grafische voorstelling van de instructies,
- Bereiken van de beoogde doelgroep,
- Beheersbaarheid van de documentenbibliotheek bv. door hergebruik van contenblokken.

**Verzamelen van alle mogelijke informatie, noodzakelijk voor het schrijven van de instructies bv. foto’s, tekeningen, technische fiches, gerelateerde technische documenten,. Dit kunnen interne documenten zijn, maar ook externe documenten bv. van leveranciers. Foto’s worden eventueel op de werf of in trainingscentra gemaakt.**

**Schrijven van de instructies, vertrekkende van bestaande documenten en inhoudelijke input van de technisch experten.**

**Inconsistenties in instructies detecteren en voorleggen aan de technische experten.**

**Volgende capabilities zijn een meerwaarde**:
**-Technische kennis met betrekking tot elektriciteitsdistributie**
**-Kennis van installatietechnieken om technische instructies tot de beoogde doelgroep te brengen.**
**-Grafische skills m.b.t. creëren van foto’s, illustraties, schema’s,**

Algemene vaardigheden:

- Aantoonbare ervaring met technisch schrijven - senior 5 jaar
- Aantoonbare ervaring met lay-outen van documenten. Voeg voorbeeld toe.
- Aantoonbare ervaring met Microsoft Office toepassingen (Word, Excel, Visio,)
- Taalvereiste: Nederlandstalig op Europees CEFR-niveau C2.
