Compliance Investigator

We are looking for a **Compliance Investigator** who is **meticulous **and** agile **to join our **Ethics & Compliance **team, based in our **headquarter **in **Brussels**, **Belgium.**

**About the role**

As a Compliance Investigator, you will partner with geographies, Ethics & Compliance (E&C) Investigations Lead to ensure internal E&C effectiveness & efficiency in conducting and reporting on investigations, including management of root cause analysis, corrective actions, and disciplinary actions.

**Who you’ll work with**

You will work alongside the Ethics & Compliance (E&C) Investigations Lead and partner with the investigations regional working groups to properly manage risks. You will have an international scope covering mainly Europe and also Asia. Your work will land with leaders and directly contribute to structural changes.

**What you’ll do**
- Coordinate intake, assessment and conduct of investigations
- Provide analytics and report writing on investigations
- Ensure all investigations are effectively followed up including Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) and any necessary disciplinary action
- Initiate analysis/reports/statistical data which may affect performance and/or related business initiatives

**Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills**
- Ideally 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical compliance
- Experience with Healthcare Compliance requirements including self-regulated industry codes
- Experience in a transnational and multicultural environment
- Experience in an HR investigation role
- Degree in law preferred
