IT-Planet is dé HR specialist voor flexibele en tijdelijke staffing in IT. Wij verzorgen IT-projecten bij diverse top 100-klanten over heel Vlaanderen en Brussel in volgende IT-domeinen: Application Development, Infrastructure Services & Software Testing. Op vandaag hebben wij reeds 180 fijne collega’s op project. Om ons team verder te versterken zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een **Scrum Master service medior** om aan de slag te gaan bij onze klant in **Brussel**.

Functie
We zoeken een Scrum Master om het Lean & Agile Office-team te versterken.
Context van deze eerste missie: Het programma van Dataplatform is de evolutie van de organisatie om Data Centric te worden. Om Data Centric te zijn, moeten we voor het einde van het jaar een dataplatform bovenop de huidige situatie bouwen. De teams zijn samengesteld met verschillende IT-profielen rondom de data (Data Engineers, Integration engineer, Data Practitioners).
Je ondersteunt twee teams. Andere Scrum Masters zijn in deze context toegewijd aan andere teams en je zult moeten samenwerken (sparringpartner & elkaar optillen). Daarnaast kan je rekenen op de ondersteuning van het voltallige Lean & Agile Office Team.Om voltijds te starten vanaf de week van 10 april 2023 tot het einde van het jaar met een mogelijke verlenging afhankelijk van de behoefte
Je verantwoordelijkheden:
Je helpt individuen om de juiste mindset en gedragingen aan te nemen, de teams om continue verbetering te omarmen en de organisatie om echt samen te werken met de Agile teams:
- Zachte vaardigheden boven harde vaardigheden
- Faciliteer meer dan oplossen
- Aanpassen aan de behoefte in plaats van volgens het boekje te doen
- Werkend team boven werkend product
Werk samen met het bestaande Agile coaches-team:
- Hoofdmissie: twee Dataplatform-teams integreren en hun cultuur mogelijk maken.
- Het systeembeheerteam maakt het hergebruik mogelijk van de gegevens die zijn geproduceerd door de netwerkactiviteiten in de hele onderneming.
- Het klantenteam maakt het hergebruik mogelijk van de gegevens die op de bestemming van klanten zijn geproduceerd in de hele onderneming.
- Twee dagen per maand equivalent:
- deelnemen aan onze Lean & Agile Office-teamevenementen (scrumevenementen, agile clinic, strategische brainstorm, community of practice, offsites, enz.).
- de coaches helpen bij het co-faciliteren van workshops/trainingen.

Kandidaat eisen
- Bereid om af en toe naar Berlijn te reizen
- Team
- en individueel gerichte houding
- Ken, bezit en pas, ook voor hemzelf, de Agile mindset toe (waarde en principes)
- In staat om positieve en constructieve feedback te geven voor verbetering
- Mogelijkheid om volledig zelfstandig te werken en Scrum-activiteiten te plannen zonder supervisie
- Aantoonbare werkervaring als Scrum Master
- mínimaal 3 jaar
- heeft in ieder geval deel uitgemaakt van 2-3 verschillende teams als Scrum Master
- in een andere context dan ICT: plus
- voor meer dan één bedrijf: groot pluspunt
- In staat om Scrum, Kanban, agile en andere technieken te trainen
- Beheersing van verschillende Agile project-/productmanagementbenaderingen (Scrum, Kanban, enz.) om flexibel te zijn afhankelijk van de teambehoeften
- Virtuele en fysieke facilitatievaardigheden van teams & focus op het creëren van de juiste omgeving voor het team
- Sterke interesse in innovatie en enthousiast om nieuwe technieken uit te proberen
- Kennis van Design Thinking Process en gerelateerde methoden en tools (nice to have)
- Kennis van UX design/development frameworks (nice to have)
Talen:
- Vloeiend in het Engels
- Elke andere taal uit deze lijst is een pluspunt: Nederlands, Frans en Duits.
