**Role summary/Purpose**

Product Regulatory Compliance EMEA team is responsible for ensuring compliance towards EU regulations (REACH, CLP, biocides), country registrations, product approvals (potable, food, CEFAS, Kosher,.), transport regulations,

Reviewing new laws and regulations for potential impact on Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions. Supporting sales and service: compliance statements, toxicological statements, evaluations on environmental impact, handling instructions.

**What will be expected?**
- Housekeeping of the Product Regulatory compliance mailbox and focus on issue resolution, take appropriate actions and priorities to ensure timely handling of regulatory requests. Address resource or process issues to proper owners.
- Prepare SDS’s and labels for the CMS product range.
- Review of incoming SDSs from suppliers and implement changes in the respective systems.
- Provide regulatory support to Business Unit management and production services managers/specialists as required.
- System Maintenance: ensure product related information in all databases is current and complete.
- Poison Center notifications to the ECHA portal.
- REACH Substance volume tracking monthly update.
