Today, the tech ecosystem is the main driver for wealth development and product management has a key role to play in this development. However, despite the exponential growth of the Product Manager role in recent years in Europe and the US, its presence is not yet clearly established and recognized as such in Belgium.

Dualoop, a team of passionate senior experts in Product Management with the mission to help tech-enabled companies to accelerate at all stages of their development. We are focusing our scope on different agile professions, mainly in Product Owner and Product Manager roles.
**What about you ?**
As uncle Ben likes to say, "with great power comes great responsibility". Who said being Spider Man was easy? In a nutshell, our vision of the job entails:
- Managing the product backlog
- Prioritizing needs
- Overseeing development stages
- Anticipating client needs
- Acting as primary liaison with the different stakeholders
- Evaluating product progress at each iteration
- Collaborating with international teams, so a great level of English is mandatory (NL and/or FR are cool too)
In terms of skills
- You’re the embodiment of the product vision: you’re picturing that product before it is built and guide the Scrum Team in the development process.
- You have great knowledge of the specific product your team is developing and the scope of the product in the market.
- You are a storyteller Jedi: the user stories have no secrets for you.
- However, unlike Yoda, you are known for your communication skills. Or to put it differently, you are communicating clearly and you are super approachable by the developers, stakeholders, and the customer.
- Sherlock Holmes is jealous of your problem-solving skills. We know this all too wellproduct development always comes with last minute changes.
- You know how to act on strategic, tactical, and operational levels and drive the product towards success.
