**Function**:
You will become part of the Global Services (GS) team for Belgium, and you will be reporting to the Manager General Administration based in Germany. In Belgium, we have our largest office located in Groot Bijgaarden and a small office located in the vicinity of the European Parliament buildings, where our Public Affairs colleagues are based. Both locations are serviced by the regional GS team meaning this position. This position will include a double role of office administration tasks, including operational facility tasks as well.

Tasks and responsibilities you can expect are
- Fleet management of our company cars, currently approximately 25 cars;
- Asset management and administration of our IT equipment and mobile devises. You can think of ordering, allocation and relocation of devises such as laptops, telephones, tablets and other mobile devises. This includes preloading and set up of new ordered IT devises;
- Travel management. You will be the contact person for questions related to business travel. You will become the “superuser” for our travel management tool (Concur);
- Expense management for the office locations, processing of invoices;
- Coordination and execution of local facility activities, including management of local vendors;
- Support with planning and organizing of our company events;
- If required, step in and support your GS team members in the Benelux.

**Profile**:
We would like to see that you have an educational background in administration and have a minimum of 3 years work experience in an office administrator role or similar position. Additionally, we are looking for
- A person who can operate on an independent basis and has a hands-on attitude;
- Likes to organize projects, events and manage vendors, including being involved on all levels of activity in our organization;
- Is a good communicator and willing to support your team and or the organization in Belgium or in other countries if needed;
- Have good experience with MS Office and preferably have experience with SAP and Concur;
- Have fluent communication skills for the Dutch, French and English language.
