- Verantwoordelijkheid over een aantal lopende projecten.
- ‘ever-present’ zijn tijdens het volledige organisatie-traject van jouw projecten.
- Voorbereiding en presentatie van aanvragen en/of -pitches.
- Budgetopmaak/beheer.
- Proactief en oplossingsgericht meedenken met klanten & collega’s.
- Respecteren van projectplanningen en deadlines.
- Preproductie van jouw projecten.
- Day-to-day follow-up met onze klanten en leveranciers.
- Coördinatie van de uiteindelijke productie en eventdag(en).
- Afleveren van projecten boven ieders verwachting.
**Uw profiel**:
- Je hebt minimum 5 jaar relevante ervaring in de eventsector.
- Je hebt een passie voor organisatie en je wordt gedreven door het gelukkig maken van klanten.
- Je bent accuraat, hebt oog voor de kleine details en werkt zaken grondig en volledig af.
- Je bent een multitasker en behoudt steeds het overzicht.
- Je hebt een luisterend oor en voor je werkomgeving & collega’s ben je om deze reden een gewaardeerde collega.
- Je werkt graag service
- en resultaatgericht en draagt kwaliteitswerk hoog in het vaandel.
- Je bent een hands-on persoon die proactief & creatief zaken oplost.
- Je communiceert goed en transparant om de belangen van klanten - en als dusdanig ook deze van EverPresent - optimaal te behartigen.
- Je bent commercieel, ondernemend en doorzettend.
- Je hebt geen schrik voor deadlines en bewaart de rust in stress-situaties.
- Je spreekt vlot Nl - Fr - Eng en hebt een goede kennis van Microsoft Office.
- Je hebt een Rijbewijs B, woont bij voorkeur in de regio van ons kantoor en bent flexibel.
