Kelly's Pub in Antwerp is a pub where people can come to watch sports, have a great time during our live music or enjoy our delicious streetfood. Our international team welcomes you with open arms. With it's great location near the central station it has a wide variaty of customers and a big range of live entertainment and sports.
We're looking for a teamleader who speaks fluent English (Dutch is a bonus, not a requirement), has experience in the same position or field and has a passion for the job.
As our teamleader you are responsible for:
- Making the work-scheduele
- Overseeing the daily workings of the pub
- Guiding and training staff
- Reporting back to management
- Placing orders, recieving them and checking them
- Making up our sports program with the tools provided
- Being a host for our artists.
- Planning events with management and making sure they are properly executed
- Being present in busy services
- Being able to work weekends and late shifts
Our management is always abailable to provide guidance in this funtion. You are a bridge between the staff and management.
