iO is op zoek naar een enthousiaste **Account Manager **om ons team binnen de afdeling Client Services te versterken. Dankzij jouw **digitale achtergrond **en commercieel inzicht weet jij perfect hoe je **strategie kunt vertalen in een uitvoerbaar project.**
Als Account Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het **onderhouden en uitbreiden van onze klantrelaties**. Je werkt nauw samen met onze klanten om hun behoeften te begrijpen en op maat gemaakte oplossingen te bieden.
Als Account Manager ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Je bouwt sterke relaties op en zorgt ervoor dat onze klanten tevreden zijn met onze diensten. Je begrijpt **de doelstellingen van onze klanten en werkt samen met interne teams **om ervoor te zorgen dat deze doelstellingen worden behaald.
Wij zoeken iemand met **uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, een commerciële instelling, en een goede achtergrond en kennis van IT en technologie**. Je hebt ervaring in het opbouwen en onderhouden van klantrelaties. Je bent proactief, resultaatgericht en in staat om zelfstandig te werken. Daarnaast krijg jij bakken energie van **business voorstellen, budgetten, en deadlines**.
Als Account Manager bij iO krijg je de kans om deel uit te maken van een dynamisch team en bij te dragen aan het succes van onze klanten.
Wat je meebrengt als Technical Account Manager
- Je hebt minstens 4 jaar ervaring als Account Manager in een **agency** met een passie voor **digital IT, web development, etc**.
- Nieuwe e-commerce & content websites**, op maat gemaakt technologische oplossingen & integraties, het bouwen van platformen, conceptuele technische kennis, etc **zijn jouw cup of tea (of chai latte).
- Jij bent degene die **de relatie met je klanten op lange termijn uitbouwt**: je zorgt ervoor dat ze **vertrouwen hebben in iO **en informeert het management over komende en lopende projecten.
- Je wordt enthousiast om **relevante voorstellen te doen en deals binnen te halen** o.b.v. account targets (omzet, tevredenheid, etc). Je bent hierin proactief en adviserend naar je klant toe.
- Je bent een people person en betrekt de juiste profielen bij het juiste project en **stimuleert de samenwerking met de verschillende departementen binnen iO**.
- Je bent de **eindverantwoordelijke voor de budgetten, jaarplannen en projecten**. Je begrijpt het belang van een goed geolied team en **je coacht actief je account executives en managers **om hun beste werk te leveren en te groeien.
- Je bent **een held in Project management**: je bent oplossingsgedreven, flexibel, resultaatgericht, en zelfstandig.
- De **Account Executive** met wie je nauw samenwerkt heeft geluk — jij weet namelijk hun **workload perfect te begeleiden** en mee te beheren
- Je communiceert helder en overtuigend naar je team en je klanten. Je mondelinge en schriftelijke kennis van het **Nederlands** en Engels is uitstekend. (Frans is een bonus)
