Nous faisons partie de D'ieteren Automotive, actif sur le marché national et international des voitures d'occasion. Notre objectif est de devenir le leader incontesté du marché en Belgique grâce à un modèle de vente de voitures d'occasion qui combine le monde en ligne avec un réseau national fiable de franchises.

**MyWay PRO**, notre marque B2B, est active dans la vente de véhicules d'occasion à des concessionnaires professionnels, tant en Belgique qu'à l'international. Notre objectif est de trouver des véhicules de qualité au niveau international et de les vendre par le biais de nos canaux officiels : MyWay, Audi Approved+, Lizy, ainsi que le réseau européen de concessionnaires automobiles professionnels de MyWay PRO.

**MyWay Direct,** notre marque de vente au détail (B2C) axée sur le client final. Grâce à une combinaison de points de distribution en ligne et physiques, cette marque vend des voitures d'occasion directement au client final.

En tant que responsable des ventes de véhicules d'occasion, vous êtes le lien entre l'équipe de vente et le département des opérations au sein de MyWay Direct. Vous êtes responsable du respect efficace du flux opérationnel et administratif depuis la vente jusqu'à la livraison de nos voitures.

**De quoi êtes-vous responsable ?**
- Vous soutenez l'ensemble du processus (vente, transport, expertise, livraison) des voitures d'occasion
- Dirigez et contrôlez le processus des prestataires de services pour les voitures, vous suivez les KPI et vous êtes toujours à la recherche d'optimalisation
- Participez à la planification, à l'exécution et au suivi des tâches opérationnelles et des projets de préparation des véhicules
- Vous intervenez dans l'atelier pour effectuer des tâches opérationnelles orientées vers le client

**Qui êtes-vous ?**
- Fort dans le suivi de différents dossiers
- Solides compétences en communication et mentalité centrée sur le client
- Une expérience dans l'industrie automobile est un plus
- Vous savez résoudre des problèmes et n'avez pas peur de prendre des décisions autonomes
- Vous parlez couramment le néerlandais et le français, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral. L'anglais est un atout
- Permis de conduire B
