**Junior marketing specialist**, you will support the business in developing or activating our cereal brands for the Benelux region. You will be part of the Belgian Cereals team and will report directly to the Business Manager. We offer exciting challenges in marketing and sales as well as the opportunity to work with strong international brands such as LION, NESQUIK, FITNESS.
The role is based in our office in Brussels.

**Your responsibilities**:
- Develop understanding of target consumers & Ensure that the Brand Essence governs everything the brand says and does.
- Manages packaging development & localization of marketing assets and products
- Ensures consumer centricity in all brand-related activities.
- Contributes to a solid portfolio strategy, building and development of innovation and renovation pipelines.
- Creates attractive and rewarding brand experiences across contact points.
- Manage and brief local marketing agencies to build a solid media plan
- Support in creation/update of online content on e-commerce
- Participate in developing recommendations on pricing and promotional strategy
- Tracks and monitors impact on brand performance and brand health.
- Understands impact of PFME and TTS investments on the brand performance and PFME budget management.
**What will make you successful**
- You speak Dutch, french and English
- You have a validated marketing experience (1-3 years)
- You have a university education in business management and marketing with excellent track record
- You are an agile fast learner
- You already manage retailer panel and use of Nielsen (brand/retailer tracking)
- You are creative, dynamic, flexible, proactive
- Since the role is cross functional, your co-operation and team skills are critical to get your colleagues on board
- You have a strong personal drive with a positive can-do attitude
