**Job Overview**
You are commercially oriented and know how to put a product in the spotlight so that customers want to order it. Feel free to be proactive by calling them and reminding them of your proposal.
Helping at the annual fair in Bologna is also part of your duties. Here you and your team search for new distributors/leads for the Footlogix brand. Knowledge of English and French is required. Other languages are a plus.
You have weekly meetings with your colleagues in Canada and United States about the course of business. Sometimes you help organize an event to which all customers of the EU are invited.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
Some of your duties may include but are not limited to:
Office Duties
- Order follow-up: enter orders in the system and follow up with customers, follow up on back orders, create invoices and send them to the customer
- Stock follow-up: placing orders (PO) to keep stock up to standard + if necessary other orders such as warehouse supplies, etc.
- Financial management: enter bank statements daily, enter incoming invoices. We work together with an external accounting office for the VAT return and payroll processing
- Follow up of payments: send reminders to customers, follow up outstanding invoice
Warehouse Duties
- Receive and sort inventory
- Selection of customer’s order
- Get customers orders ready for delivery
- Use technology like scanners, computers, and handheld printers
- Assembling product kits for stock
You'll also need to be able to:
- Lift up to 31 kgs
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during most of your shifts
- Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around the warehouse
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Work at a height of up to 13 meters (where applicable)
**Requirements**:
- 1+ years of experience of order processing and workflow management
- Understanding of computer systems and able to navigate a web-based software
- NetSuite experience would be an asset, but not required.
