Ben je bereid ons te helpen de best mogelijke gepersonaliseerde en betrouwbare producten te bieden aan onze klanten? We zijn op zoek naar functionele analisten in verschillende domeinen:
- Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van web
- en mobiele applicaties die meerdere bancaire producten omvatten (betalingen, kredieten, rekeningen, beleggingen...)
- Ondersteunen van de Cost Accounting en factureringsprocessen van de onderneming in SAP
- Bevorderen van interacties tussen BNPPF en zijn klanten met behulp van de nieuwste technologieën: API's, webcomponenten, cloudgebaseerde diensten...

Als functioneel analist kom je terecht in een enthousiast multidisciplinair team. Samen ontwikkel je kwalitatieve applicaties voor een snel veranderend IT-landschap: een boeiende en veelzijdige uitdaging
- Je verzamelt de functionele vereisten, analyseert ze en brengt mogelijke functionele en technische oplossingen in kaart
- Je ontwerpt de gekozen oplossing in detail volgens de architecturale roadmap en deelt die met je squad.
- Je helpt bij de organisatie en de uitvoering van testcases.
- Je creëert en onderhoudt duidelijke documentatie.
- Je biedt ondersteuning na de implementering.

**Soft skills**
Je omarmt de scrumwaarden: betrokkenheid, focus, openheid, respect en een gezonde dosis lef.

Je gedijt uitstekend in een team en deelt graag je kennis en inzichten.

Je hebt uitstekende communicatievaardigheden: je boodschappen zijn goed gestructureerd, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, en je past je makkelijk aan je doelgroep aan.
**Hard skills**
Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Engels, maar je kennis van het Nederlands of het Frans is zeker een pluspunt.
Specifieke ervaring met het incidentmanagementproces is een pluspunt.
**Sterke troeven zijn ook nog**:
- kennis van/interesse voor webservices en API's, Mainframe of SAP;
- noties van datamanagement en software lifecycle management;
- werkervaring in een Agile-omgeving.
Je onderscheidt je als je ervaring hebt in een van de volgende methodologieën en tools: UML, Visio, BPMN, Rational software,...
**Achtergrond**
Je hebt onlangs je bachelor
- of masterdiploma behaald, idealiter in computerwetenschappen of IT, of je combineert dit al met een eerste relevante ervaring als functioneel analist.
Deze job zal uitgeoefend worden in het hoofdkantoor te Brussel, op wandelafstand van het station en met de mogelijkheid tot 50% thuiswerk.
