Join our dynamic Partnership team, working within a digital marketing company. FCR Media understands the needs of the entrepreneur and offers the latest and most effective digital marketing solutions.

As a Partner Consultant you will be managing a portfolio of FCR Media Partners, as well as being responsible for business development. You have the unique opportunity to make an impact on the FCR Media footprint in the Benelux region.

Our partners are resellers in the Benelux that are adopting FCR Media in their solutions portfolio.

As the partner’s main point of contact, you'll coach them on best practices regarding their business strategy, implementation methodology and know-how of the product, so they can grow their FCR Media business.

**Responsabilities**
- Enable FCR Media Partners and train them on effective methods for selling and implementing FCR Media Digital Solutions.
- Act as a business coach.
- Establish long term win-win relationships with your partner portfolio based in the Benelux.
- Promote the right value proposition during your business development opportunities.

- Deal with companies of various industries, sizes, and from different regions
- Retain sophisticated partners while coaching inexperienced partners

**Must have**
- You have a Business Master Degree
- Your native language is Dutch, you also speak fluent English and French
- You already have 1 to 4 years of technology sales experience
- Your are a person that has the ability to empower and challenge your partners
- You are a born entrepreneur with excellent communication skills
- Passionate about sales, you like to convince, negotiate and achieve targets
- You enjoy taking initiatives to help the team and your partners you thrive in an autonomous environment
