Notre département Asset Management, Ethias est à la recherche d’un **Investment Manager** pour renforcer le Front-Office est en charge des investissements financiers (avec 18Mds € sous gestion).

En tant qu’Investment Manager, vous gérez un portefeuille de clients institutionnels en branche 23, vous assurez l’ensemble de la relation pouvant aller du choix des assets manager, à la mise en place du mandat ou de **la sélection de fonds**, au suivi de performance, etc.

Vous effectuez la sélection et assurez le suivi des fonds d'actifs et mandats d’investissement avec l’Investment Manager-Fund Analyst, préparez les documents de comité et des notes de révision.

Vous pourriez aussi, en fonction de votre expertise, être amené à seconder le gérant sur le **Crédit (Corporate Bonds)** dans une gestion en lignes directes (titres vifs) pour nos branches 21.

Vous suivez activement l'évolution des marchés financiers mondiaux et effectuez des études de marché ad hoc avec le support de vos collègues Investment Managers.

Et enfin, vous serez aussi amené à apporter du support au département « Life » d’Ethias : vous participez au développement de nouveaux produits en branche 23 destinés aussi bien aux clients Retail qu’Institutionnels.

Vous communiquez facilement et aisément ? Ca tombe plutôt bien Comme vous l’avez constaté, vous êtes en relation constante avec nos clients internes et externes et représentez le lien avec le gérant externe mandaté.

- Vous avez un master quantitatif (actuariat, mathématiques, ingénieur, économie), une bonne compréhension des investissements financiers (actions, taux, crédit, alternatifs, etc), la macroéconomie et les mouvements de marché
- Vous avez une connaissance des supports d’investissement : OPC, ETF, AIF, produit structuré, etc
- Vous avez une expérience préalable dans un service financier assurantiel, bancaire et d’une première expérience en gestion d’actif et/ou produits d’investissement
- Vous avez idéalement une première expérience sur les marchés de taux
- Vous créez facilement des partenariats et relations basées sur la confiance
- Votre esprit analytique est renversant
- Vous êtes sensible aux évolutions ESG mais pas quedes connaissances sur les différents concepts et enjeux sont les bienvenues
- Vous parlez couramment le français of nederlands, et avez une connaissance correcte l’autre langue, and, of courseenglish.
- Microsoft Office, Bloomberg et MorningStar n’ont aucun secret pour vous. Tout comme la recette de la mousse au chocolat.
- Vous ne craignez ni le changement ni la diversité des tâches
