**Wie ben jij?**
- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- Minimum 3 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie is vereist.
- Sterke technische inzichten (o.a. in koeling en elektriciteit) zijn vereist.
- Je hebt een probleemoplossende houding.
- Je bent flexibel qua werkuren en bereikbaarheid.

**Wat ga je doen?**
- Je treedt op als helpende hand en expert die je collega's altijd kunnen bellen bij uiteenlopende technische vraagstukken (lekken, defecten,..) in de restaurants.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat je de juiste partijen aanspreekt en coördineert om de restaurants snel en vlot uit de nood te helpen.
- Je behandelt de inkomende vragen via ons ticketing systeem en zorgt voor snelle oplossingen.
- Je vernieuwt of schrijft korte procedures om terugkerende vragen snel te behelpen.
- Je onderhandelt onderhoudscontracten (SLA) met onze externe partijen.
