**Responsibilities**:
As a Marketing Assistant in an international medium-size company, you play a pivotal role in our organization. The job content requires a mix of curiosity, creativity and hands-on attitude. It enables you to discover the various aspects of the marketing function - coordination of marketing processes, campaign management, paid advertisement, materials design, knowledge management, web site content management, copywriting. In short, you will be supporting all marketing activities in Finalyse.
Finalyse has a remarkable non-hierarchical team-based structure, which means the daily job will offer you the opportunity to get in touch and learn from various resources and experts inside a knowledge-based organization.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Launching of new services: collect all the necessary input from experts to prepare all elements necessary for campaign: brochures, web updates, LinkedIn flow of updates, power point presentation and articles to be published. This is a team work in which you are responsible for coordinating and formatting of materials.
- Publication materials and advertising: publication of all web material, preparing and monitoring paid advertisements, timely preparation and order of branded material (brochures, magazines, stationary), ad-hoc support with graphics in PPT presentations or other documents, monitoring the use of templates.
- Participation in new initiatives: together with your colleagues, you might be involved into a design of new processes, improvement of content or material, conducting market research, support to sales activities or conducting client surveys.
- Other support activities: coordinating marketing budget, support in updating internal knowledge hub, communication with freelancers (designers and web developer), support to internal communication.
**Must-have requirements**:
- You are finalising (or have completed) your studies in marketing or you have acquired by experience the skills necessary for this job. You are assertive and have a proactive attitude, good organizational and excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- You have an eye for a good design and a well-written text.
- Affinity for formatting in Adobe InDesign is a plus.
- You are disciplined, methodical and autonomous (you can manage your day to day tasks with few directions).
- You are a good team player with the ability to build and maintain good working relationships.
- You speak and write English perfectly, knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus.
- You have a very good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
