**PROFIL**:

- Vous êtes conscient de la valeur d’une communauté de bénévoles et les interactions quotidiennes avec ces bénévoles vous donnent de l’énergie. Vous disposez des compétences analytiques, organisationnelles et humaines pour piloter cette communauté, la faire vivre et la mobiliser._
- Votre mission consiste à mener une équipe, à vitaliser, développer, renforcer et maintenir le réseau de bénévoles en Belgique. Avec elle, vous développez les activités d’éducation, de sensibilisation, de bénévolat de compétence et de récolte de fonds. Ceci aussi bien en terme de contenu que de déploiement._
- L’équipe dont vous êtes responsable se compose de deux responsables du réseau des bénévoles (répartition linguistique) et d’un collaborateur chargé du Back Office. Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe Communication et l’ensemble des collaborateurs (inter)nationaux. Vous rapportez au Head of Communication, Fundraising & Volunteer Work._

**_Principales responsabilités_**
- Mener l’équipe en charge du bénévolat dans la réalisation performante de ses missions, coacher ses membres et veiller à leur développement.
- Elaborer la stratégie en matière de bénévolat et d’éducation citoyenne mondiale et solidaire ainsi qu’en définir les priorités, les plans d’actions et les budgets associés.
- Structurer le réseau de bénévoles et prendre les mesures nécessaires pour assurer l'ancrage local et la diversité au sein du réseau.
- Améliorer en permanence les dispositifs (de leur conception à leur déploiement par les membres de l’équipe) et veiller à ce qu’ils rencontrent leurs objectifs.
- Etablir des indicateurs de résultat et en faire un reporting régulier.
- Assurer un flux de communication et d’interaction continu avec le réseau des bénévoles (entre autres sur la plateforme digitale dédiée).
- Piloter le développement continu de l’espace digital dédié à la communauté de bénévoles (plateforme transactionnelle et de communication).
- En particulier en matière d’éducation à la citoyenneté mondiale et solidaire_
- Lever les financements nécessaires. Pour ce faire, soumettre des appels à projet et solliciter des demandes de subsides auprès des institutions concernées.
- Etablir une relation de confiance avec les partenaires du monde de l’enseignement (bénévoles ou non, experts en pédagogie,) afin de contribuer à la conception et à l’amélioration continue du matériel didactique.
- Prendre en charge la réalisation de l’offre pédagogique.
- Elaborer des programmes destinés au réseau de bénévoles-animateurs et assurer la coordination des animations dans les écoles.

**_Profil_**
- Vous disposez d’une formation universitaire ou équivalent par expérience.
- Vous disposez de minimum 5 années d’expérience professionnelle, idéalement dans la gestion d’un réseau (de bénévoles), et de quelques années d’expérience en tant que manager.
- Vous êtes trilingue français, néerlandais et anglais.
- Vous êtes un.e excellent.e people manager.
- Vous êtes capable de remplir de manière pragmatique une fonction à la fois opérationnelle et stratégique.
- Vous disposez d’une expérience en tant que responsable de projet.
- Vous avez une pensée orientée structure, organisation et processus.
- Vous avez la capacité de générer de l’adhésion et une grande aptitude à travailler en équipe.
- Vous adhérez aux valeurs d’Action Damien et avez la volonté de contribuer à la réalisations de nos missions.
