**Wat ga je doen?**
- De rekruteringsbehoeften bepalen? Jij weet hier wel raad mee Je gaat in gesprek met de afdelingsverantwoordelijken en je collega’s van de HR afdeling. Je analyseert en stelt passende functieprofielen op. Duidelijke én aantrekkelijke vacatureteksten vloeien als vanzelf uit je vingers en je stuurt deze met veel trots de wijde wereld in.
- Je communiceert vlot en efficiënt met je vaste selectiepartners. Je houdt hen op de hoogte over de actuele vacatures en volgt voorgestelde kandidaten nauwgezet op.
- Jij bent in ‘the lead’ van het rekruteringsproces. Binnenkomende sollicitaties heb je snel en efficiënt verwerkt. Telefonische screenings, interviews, interviewverslagen, voorstellen van kandidaten aan de afdelingsverantwoordelijken.. it’s all yours
- Recruitment is netwerken. Eens? Je bouwt proactief je netwerk uit, offline en online. Searchen, jawel. Jij weet als geen ander potentiële kandidaten te vinden, te bereiken én te verbinden.
**Wat zoeken we?**
- Iemand met een échte passie voor rekrutering. Jij maakt spontaan een vreugdsprongetje telkens als je een vacature kan afvinken.
- Je bent enthousiast, communicatief en mensgericht. Je slaagt erin om competenties te ontdekken bij kandidaten én deze te koppelen aan de juiste vacature.
- Resultaten geven je voldoening. Je bent ambitieus en een echte doorzetter.
- Je hebt een eerste succesvolle werk
- of stage ervaring in recruitment. Je vertelt met plezier over je successen én over je learnings bij minder succesvolle opdrachten. Heb je ervaring in het zoeken van logistieke profielen? Dan heb je een extra troef in handen
- Bij de woorden ‘proactief’ en ‘gestructureerd’ kan jij alleen maar denken: “check en.. check”
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en weet je ook in het Engels goed uit te drukken.
