Assistant Store manager
Je doelstellingen
Als rechterhand van de Store Manager, assisteer je hem bij al zijn missies.
Je missies
Belangrijkste taken
- Zorg dragen voor het dagelijks beheer van de winkel bij afwezigheid van de manager
- De instructies van de Store Manager opvolgen en hem/haar helpen bij de uitvoering van zijn/haar dagelijkse taken en bij het bereiken van zijn/haar doelstellingen
- Bijdragen tot de ontwikkeling van de omzet en de verwezenlijking van de doelstellingen van de winkel
- Deelnemen aan het beheer en de opleiding van de team

Belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden
- Helpen bij de dagelijkse teambriefing om de dagelijkse collectieve en individuele taken mee te delen om de doelstellingen te bereiken
- Assisteert de Store Manager om ervoor te zorgen dat alle procedures worden gevolgd
- Bij afwezigheid van de Store Manager, het aanspreekpunt zijn voor het hoofdkantoor, inclusief het doorsturen van informatie betreffende het winkelpersoneel

Verwezenlijking van omzetdoelstellingen
- Deelnemen aan de ontwikkeling van de prestaties en de verwezenlijking van de door de groep vastgestelde doelstellingen (kwantitatief en kwalitatief)
- Toezien op de naleving van individuele en/of collectieve teamdoelstellingen en doelstellingen vaststellen voor zijn/haar team en zorgen voor de follow-up
- Toezicht houden op de resultaten en acties uitvoeren om de door het management vastgestelde doelstellingen en de begrotingscontrole te verwezenlijken
- De hele activiteit coördineren door te zorgen voor de link met alle afdelingen van het bedrijf
- Ken de GEOX producten en octrooien, leer de capsules (helpen om de verkoop te verhogen)
- De sterke punten en uitdagingen van ons merk en onze activiteiten begrijpen
- In staat zijn onze activiteiten te analyseren, de strategie uit te werken tot een concreet actieplan en toezicht te houden op de uitvoering ervan

Profiel
- Je bent commercieel ingesteld, en verkopen is je passie.
- Je kunt leiding geven aan een team in een uitdagende omgeving
- Je weet van aanpakken en je hebt zin om mee te werken aan een echt bedrijfsproject.
- Daarnaast kun je met cijfers werken en ze analyseren.
- Een commerciële opleiding op bachelor niveau met aantoonbare en relevante ervaring van mínimaal 2 jaar.
- Teamgeest
- Kennis van verkooptechnieken
- In staat zijn om meerdere klanten tegelijk te helpen
