Binnen de afdeling IREF installatie, locatie **Mechelen **, zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven **Project Manager Industrial Refrigeration.**
**Wat je zal doen**
Als Project Manager IREF maak je deel uit van het Projectteam binnen de afdeling **Benelux Refrigeration Installation **. Onder verantwoordelijkheid van de OPS manager sta je in voor het **opvolgen **van **projecten **, de **werkvoorbereiding **, de **planning **en **uitvoering **van het bouwen van industriële koelinstallaties om aan de doelstellingen van het project te voldoen. Je kunt onder toezicht betrokken worden bij de pre-bid review van een nieuw project.
**Hoe je het zal doen**
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de contractuele verplichtingen t.o.v. de klant.
- Je bent eerste lijn contact voor onze klanten.
- Je valideert het koelsysteem zoals gedefinieerd in de contractdocumenten en conform wetgeving.
- Je controleert de P&ID’s / stuklijsten.
- Je valideert en volgt materialen voor toegewezen projecten op.
- Je coördineert fabrieksmontage procedures om aan de fabrieks
- en project planning te voldoen.
- Je respecteert de deadlines en budgetten.
- Je neemt deel aan/organiseert de verschillende coördinatievergaderingen met de klant, het projectteam binnen JCI en betrokken engineering specialisten.
- Je levert as-built informatie aan het projectteam voor het creëren van het as-built dossier.
- Je levert gedetailleerde informatie en documentatie aan ten behoeve van ontwerp en uitvoering te communiceren naar klanten, consultants, Johnson Controls field installation team en onderaannemers.
- Je neemt deel aan de projectoverdracht vergaderingen.
- Je werkt volgens ons etisch beleid en respecteert nauwgezet de veiligheidsregels.
De functie is gevestigd in **Mechelen **, maar je zal ook op verplaatsing moeten naar de site van onze klanten.
**Waar we naar op zoek zijn**
- Je genoot een technische opleiding, Master of Bachelor elektromechanica met een specialisatie in de klimatisatie of je hebt een gelijkwaardig niveau door relevante ervaring.
- Je hebt minimum 3 jaar relevante ervaring in een gelijkwaardige functie.
- Je kan je vlot mondeling en schriftelijk uitdrukken in het Nederlands en in het Frans, met een goede kennis van het Engels.
- Je hebt kennis van Windows, MS Office, MS Project, ERP systemen; tekenprogramma’s (Autocad) is een plus.
- Een gedegen kennis van contractmanagement is een pré.
- Je bent georganiseerd en gestructureerd en hebt oog voor detail.
- Je bent oplossingsgericht en klantgericht.
- Je hebt goede communicatie en luistervaardigheden.
- Je bent stressbestendig, flexibel en autonoom en respecteert strakke deadlines.
- Je bent gefocussed op oplossingen en op veiligheid.
