De Supply Chain Associate medewerker rapporteert rechtstreeks aan het Internationale Hoofd Inkoop en Supply Chain.

**Doel van de functie / Missie**
- Ondersteunt de International Head of Procurement and Supply Chain & Purchase Associate in al hun taken en fungeert als aanspreekpunt tijdens hun afwezigheid. Beheert zelfstandig de aan hem/haar toegewezen supply chain activiteiten. Zorgt voor tijdige levering van bestelde producten / Voert onderzoek uit en analyseert mogelijkheden voor kostenbeheersing en verbetering van de supply chain.

**Taken**
- Optimaal beheer van de goederenstroom. Coördineert alle activiteiten met betrekking tot goederenontvangst, voorraadbeheer en distributie. Is verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de controle van alle logistieke activiteiten binnen de organisatie.
- Coördineert de balans tussen externe klantwensen en interne logistieke mogelijkheden binnen het kader van het commerciële en logistieke beleid van de organisatie. Schakel tussen Marketing, Productmanagement, Operaties en F&B.
- Ontwikkeling en implementatie van nieuwe logistieke bedrijfsprocessen, systemen en procedures.
- Kostenbeheersing, logistiek verantwoordelijk voor het budget.
- Zorgt voor de realisatie van de SLA's en KPI's die zijn overeengekomen met klanten, leveranciers of logistieke dienstverleners (bijv. productiviteit, tijdigheid, volledigheid), stelt verbeteracties op en beslist, in overleg met de inkoopmanager, over het al dan niet voortzetten van de relatie.
- Onderhoudt en breidt het netwerk uit met logistieke medewerkers bij klanten, leveranciers en (logistieke) dienstverleners.
- Identificeert en initieert verbeteringen. Neemt deel aan verbeteringsprojecten.
- Signaleert ontwikkelingen in het logistieke veld.
- Treedt op bij afwijkingen/niet-naleving van afspraken (met betrekking tot tijdigheid en kwaliteit) en realiseert oplossingen samen met de leverancier.
- Verzorgt managementinformatie over zijn/haar basiswerkzaamheden.
- Is verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging en afhandeling van klachten met betrekking tot inkoop om de voedselveiligheid te waarborgen.
- Neemt contact op met de Purchase Associate als er structurele problemen zijn met betrekking tot de levering van goederen of leveranciers.
- Organiseert, in overleg met de boekhouding, de facturatie van kortingen en omzeilingen. Houdt maandelijkse prevalentiestatistieken hiervoor bij.
- Bereidt specificaties en financiële analyses voor voor zijn/haar productgroep/leveranciers.

Deze medewerker maakt deel uit van de afdeling Inkoop & Logistiek en onderhoudt contacten met verschillende medewerkers op het hoofdkantoor en locaties. De medewerker coördineert regelmatig de voortgang van activiteiten met de International Head of Procurement and Supply Chain.

De medewerker is consistent in zijn/haar prestaties: hij/zij wordt verwacht te zorgen voor efficiënte, correcte en tijdige verwerking van de toegewezen supply chain activiteit. Hij/zij is alert op afwijkingen, meldt deze en zorgt voor snelle terugkoppeling naar het Hoofd Inkoop en/of leveranciers. Dankzij zijn/haar resultaatgerichtheid worden gestelde doelen behaald en ambitieus bijgesteld.

Bachelor Logistiek / denk
- en werkniveau

Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie, bij voorkeur in de voedingssector Communicatieve vaardigheden / kwaliteitsbewust (op basis van marktredenering) / overtuigingskracht / resultaatgericht / flexibel / stressbestendig / plannen en organiseren luisteren / samenwerken / probleemanalyse / creatief / betrouwbaar / Beheerst Nederlands, Frans en Engels (gesproken en geschreven)

Beheerst het MS Office-pakket (Word, Excel,...)
