**Almine Rech** recherche actuellement **un(e) Directeur(trice)** pour sa galerie de Bruxelles.

**Principales responsabilités**
- Ventes et Développement Clients : prendre en charge les ventes d'œuvres d’art des marchés primaires et secondaires lors des expositions de la galerie ou lors de foires devant de potentiels clients. Conseiller un large panel de clients internationaux y compris des collectionneurs privés, des institutions, des fondations et des musées. Collaborer avec les autres Directeur(s) et le reste des membres de la galerie pour proposer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie de vente à l’échelle nationale.
- Artist Liaison : assurer la relation avec les artistes dont la galerie est responsable, notamment lors d’expositions ayant lieu dans la galerie ou ailleurs. Développer de solides relations autant avec les musées et les conservateurs qu’avec les institutions internationales, pour contribuer au rayonnement des artistes et de leurs projets.
- Représentation : représenter la galerie lors de foires artistiques et d’expositions. Se rendre aux vernissages des artistes de la galerie, y compris dans d’autres galeries et musées.
- Administration : co-organiser avec les Gallery Manager(s) et Directeur(s) des réunions de travail et assurer le lien entre les salariés juniors de la galerie et les cadres supérieurs pour toutes les activités de l’entreprise.
- Autres : superviser et collaborer avec les Gallery Assistants pour préparer les demandes d'événements extérieurs, les expositions et le matériel de vente, incluant des présentations marketing et des dossiers de vente pour les expositions et les foires artistiques. Assister la régie lors de l’installation d’expositions si besoin.

- 5 ans d'expérience minimum sur un poste similaire en galerie d'arts,
- Sens commercial développé et qualités relationnelles,
- Adaptabilité et flexibilité,
- Rigueur, sens de l’organisation et gestion des priorités,
- Langues : Français, Anglais et Néerlandais courants impérativement.

**Almine Rech** is currently looking for a **Sales Director **based in Brussels.

**Main responsibilities**
- Sales and Client Development: Manage the sales of artworks from both primary and secondary markets during gallery exhibitions or art fairs in front of potential clients. Advise a broad spectrum of international clients, including private collectors, institutions, foundations, and museums. Collaborate with other Directors and the rest of the gallery team to propose and implement a sales strategy on a national scale.
- Artist Liaison: Ensure a strong relationship with the artists for whom the gallery is responsible, especially during exhibitions held in the gallery or elsewhere. Develop solid relationships with museums, curators, and international institutions to contribute to the visibility of artists and their projects.
- Representation: Represent the gallery at art fairs and exhibitions. Attend openings of gallery program artists, including those in other galleries and museums.
- Administration: Co-organize work meetings with Gallery Manager(s) and Director(s) and act as a link between junior gallery employees and senior executives for all company activities.
- Other: Supervise and collaborate with Gallery Assistants to prepare requests for external events, exhibitions, and sales materials, including marketing presentations and sales portfolios for exhibitions and art fairs. Assist in exhibition installations if necessary.

**Requirements**:

- 5 years minimum experience in a similar position in an art gallery,
- Strong commercial awareness and interpersonal skills,
- Adaptability and flexibility,
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage priorities,
- Languages: fluent in French, English, and Dutch.
