Bij Happiness Brussels zijn we op zoek naar nieuw talent om het Finance Team te versterken. Ben jij de **Junior Financial Controller **die we nodig hebben?

De gangen buzzen hier van de creatieve en strategische inzichten, die door een fijn team tot in de puntjes uitgewerkt worden tot spraakmakende campagnes. **De functie**

Als Junior Financial Controllerkom je terecht in een multicultureel, jong en dynamisch bedrijf. Je ondersteunt de Head of Accounting met diverse financiële en HR/administratieve taken zoals:

- Boeking van aankoopfacturen
- Opstellen van intercompany facturen en afstemmen van intercompany posities
- Opvolgen van betalingen van klanten en aan leveranciers
- Verifiëren van betalingsverzoeken en voorbereiden van ingediende betalingsverzoeken ter goedkeuring
- Ondersteuning bieden bij de jaarlijkse audit
- Beheer van het wagenpark, bedrijfsverzekeringen, archief,en allerlei HR-gerelateerde taken
- Ad hoc verzoeken van het management (bijv. financiële of operationele statistieken, input leveren voor industrie-onderzoeken, verzoeken van klanten, enz.)
- Opvolgen en eventueel leiden van interne projecten met betrekking tot financiën of administratie

**Vereisten**

Specifieke eisen
- Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een Bachelor diploma
- 1 tot 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie is een must
- Je houdt van cijfers, maar eveneens van algemene administratie.
- Proactief denken en een 'can-do' houding
- Professionaliteit en maturiteit
- Analytisch vermogen
- Flexibiliteit
- Organisatorische vaardigheden, vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen en op te leveren onder strakke deadlines
- Goede kennis van MS office en gevorderde kennis van Excel
- Goede kennis van boekhoudsystemen is een pluspunt
- Graag in een internationale omgeving werken
- Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, goede kennis Frans is een pluspunt
- Affiniteit met, of ervaring in, de creatieve of reclame-industrie is een pluspunt
- Beschikbaar op korte termijn

Je werkt vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Vilvoorde, maar er zijn zeker mogelijkheden om van thuis uit te werken (4/5detewerkstelling is mogelijk). Je wordt een belangrijk lid van ons jonge Finance Team, dat een vitale rol speelt in onze dagelijkse werking.
