As a vital member of our team, you will:

- Lead the charge in every aspect of the recruiting journey, from start to finish, collaborating with teams across the globe to provide expert guidance while demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Spearheaded innovative sourcing strategies across various channels, from social media to direct searches, guaranteeing a steady stream of top-notch talent through your creativity and adaptability.
- Cultivate and nurture university and diversity relations, fostering partnerships and initiatives to enhance our talent pool's diversity and inclusivity.
- Drive continuous improvement by introducing fresh ideas and implementing cutting-edge tools and policies to elevate our recruitment processes to new heights, showcasing your innovation and problem-solving abilities.

**What you will bring**:

- **Passion** - You are passionate about recruiting, enjoy connecting with people, and have a results-oriented approach
- ** Education** - University degree in business administration or communications or relevant education
- ** Experience** - In recruiting/talent acquisition in industrial environments and markets and skilled user of social media platforms for recruiting
- ** Soft skills **- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills building strong relationships
- ** Languages** - Fluency in English (written and spoken) and, preferably, Dutch and French
