**Position**: Quality Intern (under the supervision of the Quality Manager)

**Main Responsibilities**:
In collaboration with the Quality Manager, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to the continuous improvement of quality within our hotel. Your tasks will include:
**Feedback Analysis**:

- Analyze feedback from Guest Satisfaction Surveys (GSS) and Glitches to identify trends and areas for improvement.

**Presentation Preparation**:

- Prepare the GSS results presentation for the management team and operational staff.

**Improvement Areas Identification**:

- Identify recurring trends and spot departments or services with potential for improvement.

**Action Plan Development**:

- Work on developing action plans by department to address the challenges identified.

**Field Analysis**:

- Go on-site to analyze current practices and identify which should be developed, improved, or eliminated.

**Training Material Preparation**:

- Participate in the creation of training materials on quality best practices for the teams.

**Internal Communication**:

- Regularly communicate with teams to raise awareness about quality issues through various formats.

**Creation of a Quality Booklet**:

- Develop a quality booklet outlining expectations by department, with one version for associates and another for managers.

**Automation and GSS Figures Monitoring**:

- Think about a method to make the daily reading and understanding of GSS figures an automatic habit for teams.
- Student in business school, hospitality, quality management, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Interest in the hospitality industry and quality management.
- **Fluency in French and English is essential.**

**Desired Skills**:

- Good command of Microsoft Office.
- Comfortable with both written and oral communication.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
