Tareas

Desde Walt HR, seleccionamos operario/a offset para importante empresa del sector de envases, impresión offset de gran formato y proyectos de impresión digital ubicada en Waregem (Bélgica).

Buscamos personal con conocimiento de los procesos de impresión offset, el funcionamiento y el mantenimiento de los equipos. Serás responsable de configurar, operar y mantener las prensas de impresión offset para producir materiales impresos de alta calidad de acuerdo con las especificaciones del cliente.

**Funciones**:

- Configurar y preparar prensas de impresión offset para tiradas de producción, incluido el ajuste de parámetros como el flujo de tinta, la alimentación de papel y la velocidad de la prensa.
- Cargar y colocar las planchas de impresión en los cilindros de la prensa, garantizando un registro y una alineación del color precisos.
- Supervisar las operaciones de la prensa durante las tiradas de producción para mantener los estándares de calidad, realizar los ajustes necesarios y solucionar cualquier problema que surja.
- Realizar el mantenimiento y la limpieza periódicos de las máquinas de impresión offset para garantizar un rendimiento óptimo y evitar los tiempos de inactividad.
- Coordinarse con otros miembros del equipo, incluidos los técnicos de preimpresión y los operarios de encuadernación, para garantizar un flujo de trabajo fluido y la finalización puntual de los proyectos.
- Inspeccionar los materiales impresos en busca de defectos, como errores de registro, variaciones de color o imperfecciones de impresión, y realizar los ajustes necesarios para mantener la calidad.
- Registrar los datos de producción, incluidas las especificaciones del trabajo, los ajustes de la prensa y los materiales utilizados, para realizar un seguimiento del progreso del trabajo y mantener registros precisos.
- Seguir los protocolos y procedimientos de seguridad para garantizar un entorno de trabajo seguro para usted y sus compañeros.

**Requisitos**:

- Título de bachillerato o superior
- Un mínimo de 3 años de experiência en el manejo de máquinas de impresión offset en un entorno de impresión comercial.
- Conocimiento profundo de los procesos, equipos y materiales de impresión offset, incluida la configuración de la prensa, la gestión del color y la resolución de problemas.
- Competencia en la lectura e interpretación de fichas de trabajo, diseños y pruebas de color para garantizar una producción precisa.
- Gran atención al detalle y al control de calidad, con capacidad para identificar y corregir defectos de impresión.
- Excelente capacidad de resolución de problemas y aptitud mecánica para solucionar problemas del equipo y realizar ajustes sobre la marcha.
- Capacidad para trabajar eficazmente en un entorno de ritmo rápido, priorizar tareas y cumplir plazos ajustados.
- Buena capacidad de comunicación y de colaboración con los miembros del equipo para alcanzar objetivos comunes.
- Flexibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos, horas extras y fines de semana según sea necesario para apoyar los programas de producción.
