Dit zoeken we
- Voor het ICT Soft Facility-teams binnen CM zoeken wij een Solution Architect. Deze agile-teams werken aan projecten die de document management processen voor LCM ondersteunen, met name Post-in en Post-uit. Zij zijn tevens verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen van de applicatie Digiflow, die verantwoordelijk is voor het digitaliseren en herkennen van alle inkomende documenten van leden, zodat deze automatisch naar de juiste dienst verzonden worden voor verwerking.
- Als Solution Architect ben je gepassioneerd door ICT-architectuur en applicatieontwikkeling. Je hebt aandacht voor nieuwe technologieën, frameworks, herbruikbaarheid, performance, security, openheid, standaarden, methodologieën,
- Aan de hand van de functionele analyse en in overleg met de andere departementen en leden van het projectteam, maak je de architectuur en het design van de applicatie. Je staat in voor de integratie van de verschillende onderdelen, gerealiseerd door de verschillende software engineers, om tot een coherent geheel te komen.
- Je programmeert eventueel onderdelen van de toepassing, vaak complexere delen, op basis van de technische analyse en conform de geldende standaarden, regels en guidelines
- Je definieert en waarborgt best practices met betrekking tot code-implementatie, documentatie, tests en deployment.
- Vanuit de Solution Architectuur, je ervaring en brede technische kennis kan je gericht efficiënte oplossingen voorstellen en neem je een adviserende rol aan richting optimalisatie en efficiëntie.
- Je treedt op als coach voor de agile teams en kan zaken duidelijk overbrengen opdat de gekozen architectuur correct wordt ontwikkeld en je waarborgt dat de gekozen oplossing geïmplementeerd wordt. Tevens begeleid je de business in het toepassen van roadmaps.
- De stakeholders met wie je nauw samenwerkt zijn de Entreprise Architecten, Product owner, agile coach, Service Delivery Manager en de agile teams.
- Technologieën die hiervoor gebruikt worden zijn Outsystems, AI en Machine Learning.
Dit ben jij
- Bij voorkeur beschik je over een Bachelor diploma in Informatica met minstens vijf jaar ervaring, waarvan ten minste drie jaar als Solution Architect.
- Je beschikt over ervaring op het gebied van software engineering en ontwerp van oplossingsarchitectuur.
- Ervaring met Low Code platform van Outsystems is een must.
- Je beschikt over een goede kennis van het Frans of het Nederlands en een zeer goede kennis van het Engels.
- Ervaring in Outsystems development en werken in een Agile omgeving en scrum team zijn een troef.
- Bij voorkeur heb je ook ervaring in het opzetten van test-driven development.
- Je beschikt over voldoende communicatieve vaardigheden en soft skills om draagvlak voor je ideeën te creëren bij je stakeholders.
- Resultaatgericht en verantwoordelijkheidszin zijn enorm belangrijk.
