Junior Chief of Staff

**About the role**
The **Chief of Staff** will act as the right-hand person to the CEO, providing strategic insights and facilitating communication across departments. He/she will assist the Management team in various ways and will contribute to the success and growth of the organization by handling a wide range of responsibilities and tasks.
**Main tasks**
- Supporting the Country Manager in defining strategy and in its tactical and operational follow-up.
- Supporting the Country Manager in terms of reporting.
- Facilitating communication and cooperation between operations and support services.
- Supporting members of the Management team in defining and prioritizing business strategies based on their goals and priorities.
- Identifying and analyzing the business needs and map various related processes, formulating recommendations on how to achieve the desired results.
- Managing, coordinating projects and escalating issues so that timely actions can be taken by management.
- Monitoring the project’s progress and adjust if necessary so that the intended results can be achieved.
- Providing regular updates on the project’s progress, identifying and anticipating of delaying factors or unforeseen circumstances.
- Evaluating the quality of the results achieved, identifying and documenting areas of improvement.
- Determining key performance indicators and measuring team performance.
**About you**
- You have a University degree in economics, business administration etc
- 0-2 years of experience in a Consultancy role with a focus on operations
- Strong numerical, in project management and reporting skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving, decision-making skills
- Adaptability
- Fluency in English French and Dutch, both written and spoken
