The world is changing faster and faster, and it brings major challenges in terms of uniformisation and simplification of organisation, processes, systems, information, etc., but also requires a different way of cooperation between teams/departments/directorates, which were bundled in various change processes. An exciting environment with great challenges.

In the context of product-driven operations that we are trying to optimise at various scrum teams, we need the support of an additional Multi-Team Scrum Master who will support multiple scrum teams.

PRIMARY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Designing and developing middleware and product solutions

**For this, you will include the following core tasks**:
Organising, facilitating and coaching the SCRUM project operation (including sprint and release planning, review meetings, retrospectives, stand-up meetings).

Support the product owner to get all aspects of the role fulfilled (including managing the backlog and prioritising it based on value creation).

Ensure that the sprint review meeting is filled as a demo of Product Owner and team to stakeholders and in the moment capture feedback and encourage learning at product level.

Ensure that business is part of the team and forms the bridge between the team and other stakeholders.

Ensure that reporting on operations and progress is done in the most transparent manner possible.

Stimulating a positive team climate and a relationship of trust between the team members, i.e. implementing the scrum values (commitment, courage, focus, openness & respect).

Coaching the team and removing obstacles that may hinder the goals.

Ensuring that the team's productivity grows. (continuous improvement)

Organising Mob programming sessions

In addition, from your role as Agile Coach, you will help spread the agile mindset by, among other things:
actively contributing to various Agile Communities (e.g. Community of Practice of Scrum masters)

onboarding and guiding new scrum masters in their role

securing Agile best practices in the project organisation, etc.

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SOFT SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Hard Skills

**Experience with the following**:
Demonstrable experience with Agile project operation (SCRUM) + agile values and principles - medior 5 years

Demonstrable experience with Agile tools

Demonstrable experience with distributed teams

Demonstrable experience with Support Product Owner

Demonstrable experience in teaching SCRUM principles

Organising MOB programming sessions

Experience with Liberating Structures ("Liberating Structures")

Certificate as LeSS Practitioner

Soft Skills

Team-player

Proactive communicator

Good communicator, conveying information correctly is essential

METHODOLOGY & CERTIFICATION

Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent experience

possess a Scrum Certificate

holds LeSS Practitioner certificate

LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY REQUIREMENTS

**Language requirement**: Dutch-speaking at European CEFR level
