- KPMG Law - Junior Associate

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- As a Junior Associate in our Real Estate Law team you will work together with a team of dedicated lawyers to assist clients with legal issues related to real estate such as:
- investment and divestment
- restructuring
- real estate finance
- construction
- environmental law
- property management, leasing and franchising
- real estate tax
- dispute resolution
- You will be involved in a broad range of projects and provide a wide scope of legal services to our national and international clients.#LI-IW1**Location**:

- Kortrijk

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- You (will soon) hold a master degree in law.
- An additional qualification or an international experience is an asset.
- You have a keen interest in real estate law.
- A first professional experience in a law firm (e.g. an internship) is an asset.
- You speak Dutch and are fluent in English. A good knowledge of French is an asset.
- You are eager to learn and you have the ambition to excel in this legal field.
- You have strong analytical and writing skills.
- You are a real team player.
