Description

Als Project Manager ben je voor Clinisys het aanspreekpunt voor de lopende klantprojecten en altijd op zoek naar de beste methode om het project op te leveren. Je communiceert met klanten en collega’s over de laatste stand van zaken en draagt bij aan een goed projectproces.

Jij bent de persoon die wordt gezien als belangrijke schakel voor de door Clinisys geleverde diensten en producten. Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en bent taakbewust in het uitvoeren van de functie en altijd op zoek naar verbeteringen.

Je werkt als Project Manager gestructureerd en bent communicatief, een echte teamplayer. Je bent de schakel in de Clinisys-klantprojecten en altijd op zoek naar de beste methode om het project op te leveren. De projectmanagement technieken zoals PRINCE2, IPMA, Agile en/of Scrum zijn je niet onbekend.

**VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN**
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het inspelen op de vraag van klanten, rekening houdend met het afgesproken contract en budget. Je garandeert een win-win voor organisatie en klant.
- Ondersteunt sales bij pre-sales
- en bij demonstratie activiteiten op verzoek van de Customer Service Manager
- Je zorgt voor een grondige voorbereiding om van daaruit een efficiënt projectmanagement te garanderen (timing, resources, budget, enz.)
- Past een overeengekomen projectmethodologie toe, gebaseerd op bijv. PRINCE2-principes
- Je bent SPOC doorheen het hele project en voorziet klanten op frequente basis van een update aan de hand van stuurgroepen.
- Maakt een projectplan, met de taakverdeling en benodigde resources voor elke afzonderlijke taak, zowel intern als voor de bijdrage van de klant
- Laat de planning valideren door
- en plant overleg met project engineers in samenwerking met de Customer Service Manager
- Identificeert risico's en beoordeelt of die de projectrealisatie in gevaar kunnen brengen
- Beheert risico's en maatregelen tijdens projectrealisatie
- Zorgt voor
- en onderhoud een goede klantrelatie
- Communiceert regelmatig met de klant over de status en voortgang van het project en mogelijke vragen of problemen
- Is aanwezig bij (stuurgroep)vergaderingen van de projecten en zorgt voor de ondertekening van alle officiële documenten
- Zorgt voor een effectieve overdracht aan het supportteam na voltooiing van het project, met alle benodigde informatie om hen in staat te stellen adequate ondersteuning te bieden. Dit kan, indien nodig, technische documentatie bevatten.
- Draagt verbeterpunten aan voor producten en diensten aan de Customer Service Manager BE om de levertijd en kwaliteit te verbeteren
- Geeft kennis door aan collega's
- Reageert adequaat op redelijke verzoeken van uw lijnmanager en collega's
- Woont teambijeenkomsten bij
- Draagt bij aan de teamspirit binnen het bedrijf en promoot actief een klantgerichte aanpak

**OPLEIDING & ERVARING**
- Bachelor of Master
- Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een projectmanagementfunctie
- Een gedegen achtergrond in de wereld van klinische laboratoria
- Laboratorium informatie systemen (LIS) of laboratorium informatie beheersystemen (LIMS) en project methodologieën (bijv. PRINCE2, PMBOK) is een sterke troef
- Communicatiestandaarden in de gezondheidszorg zoals HL7, ASTM, IHE,
- Besturingssystemen, netwerken, virtualisatie

**TALEN**
- Vloeiend Nederlands, Frans en Engels zowel gesproken als geschreven
- Duits is een pluspunt

**COMPETENTIES**
- Je communiceert op een mature, professionele en kernachtige manier met klanten en collega’s.
- Je voelt je comfortabel om de communicatie aan te gaan op verschillende niveaus en met verschillende stakeholders.
- Je hebt enige affiniteit met IT-systemen en/of processen.
- Je bent een hands-on teamplayer en getuigt van de nodige portie doorzettingsvermogen, verantwoordelijkheidszin en stressbestendigheid.
