Vanuit het team **Process Underwriting Non Life** bij Broker Channel Non Life streven we naar een efficiënte operationele organisatie. Het team Process Underwriting is zo de brug tussen het de operationele diensten binnen PKO, Enterprises, Bank Channel en Business Solutions. Ons team, van Business en Process-analysten, beheert en optimaliseert de operationele Business processen om de kwalitatieve dienstverlening naar klanten en makelaars te ondersteunen. Om dat team te versterken, zoeken we nu een een **Business Process Analyst**
- Je analyseert de behoeften van onze collega’s van Operations Underwriting én Beheer voor PKO, Enterprises, Bank Channel en definieert de best mogelijke operationele processen om hen toe te laten hun activiteiten op de meest efficiënte en kwalitatieve manier uit te voeren;
- Je participeert in de projecten van Corporate, Marketing, Sales die impact hebben op de operationele diensten binnen Broker Non Life (non-claims), samen met onze collega’s van Business Solutions. In deze projecten ben je, in nauwe samenwerking met het terrein, betrokken in Process Analyse, Verbetervoorstellen, Acceptatietesten, Training aan eindgebruikers en Roll Out support;
- Business Process Analyse, Process Documentation, Process Improvement zijn enkele van onze kernbegrippen;
- Je durft de operationele diensten te challengen om hun werkmethode bij te sturen. En je zoekt samen met deze diensten naar een werkbare oplossing. Deze initiatieven en verbetervoorstellen zet je mee in de praktijk om samen met Business Solutions.
- Je beheert je Business projecten voor Broker Channel Non Life Operations van A tot Z. Van de voorbereiding en planning, over duidelijke communicatie en nauwgezette opvolging, tot de participatie in de uiteindelijke testen en opleveren van de voorgestelde oplossingen, opleiden van de eindgebruikers, samen met Business Solutions en met het werkterrein.
- Om de belangrijkste stakeholders binnen en buiten onze organisatie mee te krijgen, voer je een open en constructieve dialoog. Je leidt vergaderingen of werkgroepen in het Nederlands, het Frans.

- Je hebt feeling, affiniteit met de Operations Underwriting, Beheer, Inpectie, Sales
- Reeds ervaring met BOAR-verzekeringen? Dat is zeker een Plus.
- Je denkt procesmatig, planmatig, werkt autonoom en kan gestructureerd werken.
- Je hebt ervaring in Business Process analyse, BPMN? Dat is zeker een Plus.
- Je houdt ervan om resultaten af te leveren die een toegevoegde waarde zijn voor de eindgebruikers van de operationele diensten
- Je bent een sterke netwerker en communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en het Frans.
- Je hebt een masterdiploma of gelijkwaardige relevante ervaring.
