Voor een logistieke speler zijn we opzoek naar een Warehouse Bediende. Je bent o.a. verantwoordelijk voor:
- Je staat in voor de administratieve organisatie van de uitgaande en inkomende goederenstroom, rekening houdende met alle bijhorende formaliteiten teneinde de goederen op de meest efficiënte wijze tijdig bij de klant te laten bezorgen.
- Je biedt eerste lijn support aan het magazijn
- Vanuit jouw rol sta je in voor de behandeling van vragen, afwijkingen en klantenissues (zowel van interne als externe klanten).
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de meldingen intern de nodige aandacht en opvolging krijgen en staat verder ook in voor de administratieve opvolging van o.a. leeggoed, orderproces, dispatch en inkomende en uitgaande goederenstroom.
- Daarnaast ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor een vlotte en duidelijke communicatie naar interne en externe klanten omtrent bestaande of nieuwe afspraken.
**Je vaardigheden en ervaringen**:
- Je bent vertrouwd met Microsoft Office en hebt kennis van Navision
- Kennis van boordcomputer is een pluspunt
- Teamwork = key
- Je bent bereid om in wisselende shiften te werken, morgenpost (6u-14u) & middagpost (14u-22u)
- Je handelt pro-actief en onderneemt actie om bestaande processen te optimaliseren
- Nederlands is de voertaal, maar je kan jezelf ook vlot uitdrukken in het Frans en Engels
- Je houdt het hoofd koel gedurende piekmomenten
