**FINANCIAL CONTROLLER**

Pour notre département Finances situé au centre de Bruxelles, nous recherchons actuellement un-e:
**Financial controller
**MISSION**

Le/La financial controller soutient le département Coopération internationale pour les aspects financiers.
Il/Elle est l’intermédiaire entre les équipes opérationnelles et financières (au siège et sur le terrain).

**RESPONSABILITES PRINCIPALES**
- Organiser le calendrier financier par projet : planification, budgétisation, prévisions, clôtures ;
- Être garant-e du respect des procédures internes et externes ;
- Suivre les budgets des projets ;
- Réaliser des rapportages financiers internes et externes (notamment pour les bailleurs de fonds) ;
- Coordonner et préparer les dossiers pour les audits des bailleurs ;
- Appuyer les équipes de terrain dans la gestion financière des projets ;
- Préparer les budgets annuels (projets et organisation) et les bilans annuels (projets et département) ;
- Collaborer à la tenue de la comptabilité : clôture périodique, rapports annuels ;
- Réaliser des contrôles internes (analyses des risques, missions de contrôle) ;
- Collaborer à la politique de recouvrement des coûts ;
- Développer les outils et manuels financiers.

**PROFIL**
- Être titulaire d'un master dans un domaine financier/économique ou expérience équivalente ;
- Expérience d’au moins 5 ans dans une fonction similaire ;
- Maitrise impérative du français et de l’anglais, la connaissance du néerlandais est un atout ;
- Maitrise du pack Office avec une bonne pratique d’Excel ;
- Maîtrise d’un logiciel comptable, de préférence Navision et/ou Winbooks ;
- Bonnes compétences en communication et bonnes capacités de synthèse ;
- Rigueur, précision et autonomie ;
- Intègre, flexible et aime travailler en équipe ;
- La connaissance des procédures bailleurs est un plus ;
- Une expérience dans une ONG internationale est un atout.
